All deliveries will be shipped using either 1st class Royal Mail Special delivery or 1st Class signed for depending which option is selected at checkout. A free 'collection from studio' option is also available for locals. You will be informed when your item is ready for delivery so you can make sure someone is in to sign for it. 

All pieces are available to collect from Charlotte's studio in Brighton free of charge.

Returns and refunds are generally not accepted, however an exchange is accepted of clothing within 14 days of purchase if unworn and returned in brand new condition and in original packaging. This is only by agreement with Charlotte.

If goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement or refund following the return and examination of the original order.
